Approximants
Said twice without a vowel and then twice with a vowel.
The tongue tip does not touch the inside of the mouth. The lower lip is raised and both lips can be slightly rounded.
/j/ The tongue is raised in the centre of the mouth and air is forced over the surface.
The lips are slightly rounded, as if saying /ʊ/, but the air is pushed out faster compared to when saying a vowel. Twice without a vowel, then twice with a vowel.
