Payments
Payments are kindly requested before the lesson can take place. You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete your lessons. Payments are non-refundable unless Clear Pronunciation is unable to deliver the service.

24 hour Rescheduling Policy
At least 24 hours' notice is requested for lesson rescheduling, otherwise the lesson will usually be forfeited.

VAT
Tuition in English as a foreign language is exempt from VAT in the UK. Therefore pronunciation training for non-native speakers does not attract VAT. Further details can be found in section 9 of VAT Notice 701/30: education and vocational training from HMRC.
